About This Policy

This Refund Policy governs all payments made on the Whatt??? platform operated by Pingora Technologies Private Limited. All payments are processed via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

We strive to be fair and transparent. If you have a genuine payment concern, please contact us — we are here to help.
Section 01

General Policy

All purchases on Whatt??? are for digital services consumed in real time. As a general rule:

  • Completed call sessions are non-refundable once the service has been rendered
  • Wallet top-ups and credits added to your account are non-refundable once used
  • Subscriptions or premium features are non-refundable after activation
Section 02

Eligible Refunds

We will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charge: Your account was charged more than once for the same transaction
  • Technical failure: A call failed to connect or terminated prematurely due to a platform-side error, and no service was delivered
  • Unauthorized transaction: A charge was made on your account without your authorization (subject to investigation)
  • Service not delivered: A paid feature was not activated or accessible due to a verified system error
All refund requests are subject to investigation and must be supported with relevant transaction IDs and a description of the issue.
Section 03

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed call sessions, regardless of outcome or user satisfaction
  • Wallet credits or top-ups that have been fully or partially used
  • Account suspension or termination due to policy violations
  • Subscription fees for periods already in use
  • Promotional credits, bonuses, or gifted amounts
Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with other users' behavior. Please use the in-app report feature to flag conduct issues.
Section 04

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, please email us with the following details:

  • Your registered username on Whatt???
  • Razorpay Payment ID / Transaction ID
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any supporting screenshots or evidence

Send your request to: support@pingoratech.in with the subject line "Refund Request — [Transaction ID]".

Section 05

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method used
  • Processing timelines may vary based on your bank or card issuer
  • We will notify you via in-app message or email once a refund is processed
Section 06

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account pending resolution
  • Contest the chargeback with transaction evidence
  • Recover outstanding amounts through lawful means

We encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly.
