Pingora Technologies Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") operates the Whatt??? mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect user information when you use our App.
By accessing or using Whatt???, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the App.

When you register on Whatt???, we collect the following information:

Voice and Communication Data — Call Recordings
All audio calls conducted within the App may be automatically recorded. This is a core safety mechanism of the platform.

Messages exchanged within the platform may be monitored for safety and moderation purposes. We do not read or sell your messages for commercial purposes.
Payment Information
Payments are processed via Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway. We do not store full card or banking details. Razorpay may collect:
- Transaction identifiers and amounts
- Payment method metadata (card type, last 4 digits)
- Billing information as required by payment processing regulations
Usage Data
- Device information (model, OS version, device ID)
- App interaction logs and session data
- Moderation signals and safety flags
- IP address and approximate location
How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect exclusively for the following purposes:
- Providing and improving communication services on the platform
- Enabling voice calls and real-time messaging features

Age Restrictions
By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has accessed the platform should contact us immediately at support@pingoratech.in.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- Payment processors: Transaction data shared with Razorpay for payment processing
- Legal authorities: Where required by law, court order, or government request
- Safety emergencies: Where disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm

Your Rights
As a user of Whatt???, you have the following rights with respect to your data:
- Block or report other users who violate community guidelines
- Delete your account at any time via App Settings

- Withdraw consent for optional data collection where applicable

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account within the App. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and account credentials will be removed from active systems

- Payment records may be retained as required by financial regulations
- Anonymized usage data may be retained for platform analytics
Prohibited Use of Data
Users must not attempt to:
- Exchange external contact information (phone numbers, email, social handles) with other users
- Collect or harvest personal data of other users through any means
- Use platform data for unsolicited commercial communication
- Engage in any activity that compromises the privacy or safety of other users
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes:
- The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised
- We will notify users via in-app notification or email (where available)
